Shipping policy

At Daily Daily, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within India, Tamil Nadu : 1-3 working days

  • We are ONLY accepting any orders from Kerala and Karnataka other than Tamil Nadu

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping will be free within Tamil Nadu and outside Tamil Nadu shipping charge will be ₹60/- only.
  • In the case of promotional offers, shipping may be free based on the order value or special campaigns.


4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately at dailydetergentcompany@gmail.com or 9087788830  but we cannot guarantee correction if the order has already been processed.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for any products lost by the courier after dispatch. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service.

  • Important: If your package arrives with visible damage, please record an unboxing video as evidence and report it to us immediately.
